Shipping Policy

Effective October 2023, orders of $200 or more qualify for FREE Ontario delivery. There is also a shipping discount for orders over $100.  Depending on your location and logistics we’ll either contact you to arrange a Roost delivery, or dispatch by courier. We’ll contact you to confirm an approximate delivery time.

Courier dispatch is usually within 2-3 working days, and delivery within another 1-2 days after that. You’ll receive a tracking email to confirm.

You must be over 19 to make an order, and for both delivery methods someone over the age of 19 must be present for delivery. A signature and/or I.D. may be required.

The winery site is closed in the winter so unfortunately pick up is not available.

If you’ve got any questions on the above please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed – please note that tartrate crystals (aka: wine diamonds) in white and red wines are not a flaw, but an occasional natural occurrence in minimally processed wines. Our unfiltered wines may also contain sediment.

We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account. Please contact us for return instructions.
