To set the musical atmosphere for our second evening we're delighted to host Jayden Grahlman. Bursting with positive energy and exceptional talent, Jayden Grahlman is a critically acclaimed Canadian artist who just released his debut album “Diving In”. Grahlman has a soulful feel, bending genres with lyrics overflowing with positivity and instrumental virtuosity. Grahlman's energy is infectious and is bound to leave you smiling.
And our mouths are watering once again from the menu provided by the Bivalve Oyster and Libation Co, Thornbury's hot new oyster and raw bar catering service. They'll be treating us with an menu of PEI oysters and all the fixings, oceanwise shrimp served with lemon and cocktail sauce, Italian-style chicken Speducci skewers, served with a flat bread and a side of arugula and goat cheese salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and shallots. Many of the ingredients will be from Harvest Moon Farm, right on The Roost property.
All served casually from The Roost Tasting Room. Sit back and enjoy as the sun goes down on the patio, or in the tasting room if required to keep warm, cool or dry.
Tickets are strictly limited and must be bought in advance. They are inclusive of food and music. The Roost bar will be open and serving all your favourite wines.
Cancellation: full refund up to 5 days prior to the event
Timing: Entrance starts at 6:30, last bar service at 8:30
Service: This is a casual event, grab your favourite table and head to the bar for wine and food
Oysters- PEI oysters (4 per person) with all the fixings (lemon, fresh horseradish, house made mignonette, Heartbeat Hot sauce).
Shrimp cocktail- Oceanwise shrimp (3 per person) served with lemon and cocktail sauce. Garnished with pea shoots and edible flowers
Chicken Speducci- Italian style mini chicken skewers (5 per person)
Sides; Flat bread plus an arugula and goat cheese salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and shallots.
