2021 Sparkling Siegerrebe - Sekt In a Bottle

A brand new product in 2022, this aromatic sparkler is a treat on the nose and palate. Made with The Roost's Siegerrebe, an aromatic German varietal. Sekt is the German term for a sparkling wine, so we're getting straight to the point when we call this Sekt in a Bottle.  

Despite the big nose of lychee and tropical fruits, this is a surprisingly dry wine that keeps you coming back for more. Made in the charmat method with an early secondary fermentation to preserve the aromatic nose.
