2021 L'Acadie Reserve

A prime harvest in 2021 led The Roost's winemaker to make this L'Acadie as part of our small-batch series. 

Made from 100% Roost fruit, the grapes were carefully treated from field to bottle, with a slow, natural fermentation at controlled temperatures followed by some aging in French oak barrels. The finished wine is unfiltered and hand-bottled.

Expect a dry wine - the residual sugar is close to zero - but with a smooth complexity. There's minerality and a hint of apple on the palate. 

Released in Summer 2021 and in very limited quantities.
