Our flagship red grape and Ontario's newest VQA varietal. These 100% Roost grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted. After extended lees contact, they were aged 50% in French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel tanks. Complex, soft and medium bodied with spice, black cherry and subtle oak.
