2020 L'Acadie

A pale, elegant, dry beauty this white wine showcases fresh flavours of citrus, melon and fresh cut hay, balanced with rich mineral undertones from the limestone beneath our hillside vineyard. The 2020 vintage is crisp and but with notes of apple.

L'Acadie is a grape very well suited to the cooler climate of Southern Georgian Bay. Originally developed in Vineland, Ontario, it prefers cooler ripening temperatures so can be found in lots of Canadas cooler regioins, most notable Nova Scotia. The Roost has one of several plantings in the area.
