Our flagship red grape and Ontario's newest VQA varietal. These 100% Georgian Bay grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted. After extended lees contact, they were aged 50% in French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel tanks. The result is a medium-bodied red complex with spice, smoke and coffee.
