Choose your wines
We’ll make suggestions – and include library wines and pre-releases – but you can swap them, add to them, or reduce them. It’s easy to manage through your account. The default for all shipments is 12 bottles but you can reduce to a minimum of 6 bottles if you wish.

Is it easy to skip a shipment or cancel?
Yes. You can adjust your shipments, skip shipments, or cancel at any time in your Roost account
When will I get my first shipment?
From joining the Club, you’ll have two days to customise your shipment before we process payment and send the wine on it’s way to you!
How many bottles do I receive?
It’s up to you! The default in each shipment is 12 bottles, but you can reduce this to a minimum of 6 if you’re feeling less thirsty. You can also add as many bottles as you like if you want to make the most of your free delivery and case discount.
Can I choose my own wines?
Yes. We’ll pre-select some for you, but nothing is mandatory. You can even change it to a case of Sparkling Rosé if you wish. You can easily edit your shipment 2 weeks before it is processed.
How often do I receive shipments?
It’s up to you. We offer shipments every 1 month, 3 months, 4 months and 6 months. Keep in mind that having fewer shipments but more bottles may allow you to take better advantage of your case discounts.
How do I redeem my Deluxe Tasting?
Reserve as normal at the winery and let the server know you’re using your free tasting when you come to pay. The promotion is for one tasting for two people each calendar year, and you must have received your first shipment before redeeming.
Are you still doing tasting notes and recipe pairings?
Since the club is now bespoke to each member, we won’t be including notes and pairings for each wine in your shipment. Instead, we will include notes and information from the winemaking team seasonally.
What is the free gift on pick up?
It will vary. Roost Glasses, Christies Chocolates, merchandise… we’ll make sure it’s good!
When can I pick up my shipment?
You’ll get an email to say it’s ready for pick up, and you can choose a time anytime the tasting room is open.
